Destination Napa - At Home in the Valley

As the proud gatekeeper to the splendor of the Napa Valley, the City of Napa is a unique destination all its own.  Nestled at the city’s western edge, adjacent to the vineyards of the famed Carneros wine growing region, lies the wonderful Browns Valley neighborhood.  This coveted area of Napa, renowned among locals for its strong sense of community, highly rated elementary school, and the beauty of the surrounding countryside, is now home to The Crossings at Browns Valley.

The Crossings will be made up of a distinctive blend of 43 single level and two story new homes.  The Village homes are set on easy care lots along the interior hub of The Crossings, surrounding the community green belt. The Parkside homes reside on the spacious perimeter lots with large yards and include fifteen single level homes.

With six floor plans that range from 1,962 to 3,344 square feet, each home at The Crossings offers a unique combination of charm and gracious livability.  All homes are offered with generous standard amenities, along with a selection of custom options and upgrades.  Fifteen of these homes also offer private attached guest units as a standard feature.

Construction Update Aug 19

The crews have started paving the streets. It will take about two weeks to complete all of the work including builidng the models parking lot and connnecting the streets to Carmel Drive.

We also just received addresses for all of the homes. The main street is Atherton Circle, which will be the street address for most of the homes. Village homes that face the green will be on either Channing Way or Ironstone Way. Our next milestone is construction start of the models. We should know that date shortly.
